Unified Solutions users are responsible for making sure that all the details entered in the system are accurate. To ensure the integrity of the information in the system, all users need to have an active certification. With this in mind, Unified Solutions allows administrators to lock out users with expired certifications.
To have the automatic lock out feature enabled, please follow these steps:
1. From the CloudPCR homepage, select App Configs from the left navigation menu, click ePCR and then App Settings.
2. On the App Settings window, make sure to tick the Lockout users with expired certifications.
Click Save Settings.
