Administrators can log in as another user through the User Management. This allows the administrators to view the other user’s Unified Solutions account provided that they are under the same agency. To do this, follow these steps: 


  1. From the left navigation menu, click on General Admin > User Management.


  1. On the Users page, click on the Actions button beside the email of the user. Then select Log in as this user.


  1. This will redirect the administrator to the homepage of the specific user. 

  2. To go back to the administrator homepage, click on the email address on the top right corner of the page. The back to previous page icon should appear next to the email address as seen on the image below:

  1. Upon clicking the email address, the profile menu will appear. Select Go back to my account.
