Field Search is a functionality that helps the user find a specific field in the form. 

 

1. Create a new PCR or edit a PCR. Users will be navigated to the selected PCR form.




2. Click Control F (doesn't matter which window you are currently at as long as it is within a particular PCR).



 

3. A pop-up window will appear which will list down the fields of the PCR in alphabetical order. Try and search for a particular field.



 

4. While typing on the search field, the results are also filtered according to the input. Click on the result / field that you want to find. The user will then be directed to the selected field and it will also be highlighted.



 

5. Additionally, the user can also use the Magnifying Glass icon on the menu bar. This has the same functionality as with clicking on the CTRL + F
