Below are the icons users will encounter when using Unified Solutions:
| Notes In the homepage, a report will have this icon whenever there is a note attached to it. Notes are internal and will not be included when printing a PCR or exporting it to the governing state. | |
| Flags In the homepage, a report will have this icon whenever it is flagged by QA/QI for changes required to the report. Flags are internal and will only be seen by the QA/QI and the person who has created the report. | |
| Attachments This icon will only be seen by QA/QI when looking at the QA PCRs tab. This icon means that there is an attachment available in the PCR. | |
| Save In the homepage, this icon is a signifier that all changes made by the user has been saved. Gray means that all changes have been saved. | |
| Text size In the homepage, this icon can be used to modify the size of the text of the page to either small, medium, or large for better text readability. | |
| Language In the homepage, this icon can be used to change the language of the platform. | |
| Add friend In the homepage, this icon can be used to add friends from the same agency. | |
| Install In the homepage, this icon can be used to install the latest version of the software. | |
| Validation This icon can be seen while filling out a PCR. Click on this icon to validate the report and check if there are errors. | |
| Sync This icon can be seen while filling out a PCR. A green cloud means that the report has been successfully saved in the cloud while a yellow cloud means that it is still syncing. |
