Unified Solutions has created a feature that allows users to essentially create an option for the dropdown list for each field so that users can customize and create a more detailed answer that is more suitable to the user’s needs - this is called Aliasing.

 

Prerequisite: Admin Access

 

1. To use this feature the user must have an Access Role. Click the App Configs tab on the left menu bar.

2. This will expand the tab and show other options available. Click on the ePCR > PCR Form Config.


3. Users will be redirected to the Unified Solutions Form Config. This will look exactly like the ePCR form but with additional buttons for configurations.




4. These are the common buttons that the users will see throughout the form.


 Element Help - When clicked, this will open a modal that shows information regarding the field. It will also indicate the corresponding NEMSIS code of the field.


Advanced Configuration - When clicked, this will open a modal of Advanced Configuration. Two tabs are available, “Data” and “Preview”. For the “Data” tab, this allows the user to code the field according to their preferences. The “Preview” tab shows a preview of the field created through the code.



Manage Dropdown Option - When clicked, a modal will appear that shows the list of options available for the specific field. A user is able to edit or delete an option. 


Export Value - Assigned NEMSIS code for the option 

Text - The text that will be displayed in the dropdown

Grouping - This will include the item to the section or grouping indicated

Configuration Settings - When clicked, a modal will be displayed that shows the list of options with the setting to have it as “Required” by ticking the checkbox. The user may also assign the option as a default, also, the changes made can be reverted by clicking on the “Revert” button.
