Incident numbers are generated by the 911 Dispatch system. While creating a PCR, users can either manually input incident numbers into the system or have it automatically generated. By having the incident numbers auto-generated, users can fill out their PCRs more efficiently.


To enable this feature, please follow these steps: 


1. From the Unified Solutions homepage, select App Configs from the left navigation menu, click ePCR and then App Settings



2. On the App Settings window, make sure to tick the Auto-generated incident numbers checkbox.

On the Next Auto-generated incident Number field, administrators can specify what is their desired number that will be auto-generated for the next PCR that will be created under their agency. 


3. Click Save Changes.
