A cloning feature is also available for users to use when they need to duplicate entries in the Timeline tab. Vitals, Medications, Procedures, Exams, Labs, and Device are the items that can be cloned or duplicated.
1. First, the user needs to create a new PCR or edit an existing PCR.
2. From the PCR side menu, click on the Timeline tab. Users will then be redirected to the Timeline page in which the Milestones, vitals, procedures, etc. is listed.
3. Select a form to fill out. Example, click the Vitals. The Vitals form will appear.
Fill out the necessary fields and Save Changes.
Form will be saved and listed in the timeline arranged by the Time.
4. Click on the copy button on the right side of the vital to duplicate it.
5. The duplicate should be listed in the timeline as well.
