Unified Solutions makes it simple to search for previous patients. When the user is using this tool the user will be able to search for any patient that has been entered by your agency. This helps reduce the amount of time it takes to input customer demographics.

 

The user may search for previous patients by using their name, DOB, or last 4 digits of the patient's social security number. Once the user does this, the user will see a list of PCR's that are associated with the user’s patient. Once the user selects the PCR the user would like to use, our software will automatically populate the following fields with the information used in the patients PCR that the user selected.

 

Fields Populated: First Name, Middle Name,  Last Name, Social Security Number, Birthday, Age, Race, Weight, Gender, Address, Phone Number, Email, Medical History, Allergies, Drivers License Number, Patient Practitioners, Immunizations, and Patient Medications.


1. Navigate to Patient and click on Previous Patient Search.




2. To search, enter any qualifying information the user may have. (Name, Birthday, or Social Security Number)



3. Once the user has found the patient click on Load Patient Data.



4. All of the patient information that was previously collected will be populated into the corresponding fields.
