1. Once the user is on the home screen of Unified Solutions, click on the Actions button next to the PCR you would like to view in PDF format.
2. Clicking on the Actions button will create a list of options that you can choose from. Select Download PDF.
3. Clicking Download PDF will start the downloading process. Once the PDF is finished downloading, to open it the user will need to click on the downloaded file.
4. Clicking on the download will open a new tab where the user will be able to view the PDF.
