When a PCR has already been submitted to the state, it will automatically be locked and only the administrator will have access to edit the report. 

 

In order for a PCR to be available for editing by the user who has created it, the administrator can unlock the PCR by following these steps: 


1. From the homepage, select EMS Admin from the left navigation menu and click QA PCRs



2. Find the PCR which needs to be unlocked and click on the value in the Status column. This will open a drop down with all other Status options.



3. Select the Admin Unlocked from the options. This will automatically save the changes and the PCR will now be available for editing by the user who created the report.
