Administrators can delete users from their agency by following these steps:
1. From the homepage, select the General Admin tab and click User Management.
2. After finding the user that should be deleted, click on the Actions menu beside their email address and select Delete.
3. On the confirmation window, click Yes. This user will no longer have access to CloudPCR.
