Peer QA is designed to provide a route for users to simply review PCRs and leave notes. The system is NOT designed to give users a full featured QA/QI role as that privilege is reserved for QA/QI admins.
Review a Read-Only View of a PCR:
By clicking on the incident number, a read only preview of the PCR will be displayed. This will allow users to review the PCR for clinical information such as Impression/Symptoms, Vitals, Procedures, Exam and Medications given.
Leave Notes:
Using the actions menu a PEER QA can leave a note which will be visible to other PEER QAs as well as admins with QA/QI privileges.
Review Export Errors:
If there is a warning sign in the notifications window, clicking on this error will show a list of any export errors the PCR may have.
PEER QA GRADE:
If an agency chooses to create a grading scale for PCR quality it can be used here. PCR Grading allows users to create levels of Quality within the agency to help track and monitor improvement over time of individual providers.
