A patient's timeline gives users a glimpse of the patient's vitals, medications taken, as well as the procedures and exams undertaken. A detailed timeline helps medical practitioners understand the overall health of the patient.
1. Create a new PCR or edit an existing PCR.
2. From the left navigation menu, select Timeline.
3. To enter the details, users must click on Vitals, Medications, Procedures, Exams, Labs, Devices, and 12-Lead (if available).
4. Upon selecting one of the options, it will open up a new modal with fields related to the information needed for that option.
