If a patient is a victim of a vehicle collision, users can add the details of the incident through the Vehicle Collision form which is under the Assessment tab of the PCR.
1. Create a new PCR or edit an existing PCR.
2. From the left navigation menu, select Assessment. Here, users will see the Vehicle Collision form.
This form might be hidden depending on the agency's settings so make sure that the check box on the corner of the form is ticked.
3. Fill out the fields according to the 12 point vehicle collision format.
