We are extremely excited that you are using our software. Our software was designed from the ground up with ease of use as our main goal. We promise to provide a simple yet efficient system that allows you to rapidly complete and submit your patient care reports. 


This article is designed to introduce you to the basics of our software,  we will explain how to log in, browse the navigation tabs as well as how to create your first patient care report.


1. Unified Solutions is designed to work on all modern browsers including mobile browsers. It is compatible with Mac and Windows however, we suggest Google Chrome for Windows users and Safari for Mac users for faster navigation of the software. 


2. To log in, use this link: https://unifiedsolutions.azurewebsites.net/Account/Login. Your agency or organization should provide you with your login credentials in order to access the software.



3. Wait for the automatic installation of Unified Solutions to finish. After that, you will be able to see your homepage. 



4. From the homepage, you will be able to access your account settings by clicking on your account name on the top right corner. 



This will open a menu where you can upload a profile picture, change your password, change your email address and adjust other settings related to your account. 



5. To create a new PCR, click on the New button found on My PCRs



6. The left navigation menu on the homepage shows options which will depend on your account permission. For administrators, you will be able to see the different admin tabs and the app configs. For non-admin users, you will only be able to see the home tab. 



7. Under the EMS Admin tab, administrators will be able to edit the status of the PCRs, export PCRs, and also run reports based on various statistics such as patient demographics, treatments given, calls by month, IV success rate, among many others. 



8. Under the App Configs, administrators can customize the app to fit their needs. This tab is where you customize the PCR form, enter your agency information, choose your workflow, add users, and control the security levels on your device.

         


9. The Help for this page button is where you can easily access help articles and training videos to further familiarize yourself with Unified Solutions.



Alternatively, if you need help from the Unified Solutions team or would like to report an issue, click on the Help button on the right side of the screen.
