There are certain Unified Solutions functionalities which only work when pop-ups are allowed in the user's browser. To allow pop-ups on Google Chrome, follow these steps:
1. Open Google Chrome and click on the browser menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. On the menu options, click Settings.
3. On the Settings page, select Privacy and Security from the left menu and then select Site Settings.
4. On the Site Settings page, scroll down and select Pop-ups and redirects.
5. On the Pop-ups and redirects page
(A) Tick the Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects. Note that this will allow all websites to send pop-ups when using the browser.
(B) As an alternative, the user can keep pop-ups blocked in the browser but they can add https://unifiedsolutions.azurewebsites.net on the sites which are allowed to send pop-ups.
