The Unified Solutions Training will help the user familiarize the basic forms and functions that they can use. Click on the Help for this page button on the main menu to access the help articles. 



Clicking Help for this page on the homepage will direct the user to the Help Center Articles. We have a number of articles which can assist the user to go further, troubleshoot any issue, or find answers to any question. 



On the right side of the screen, a Help button is also available. When clicked, it will open a panel. 





Help Center - By clicking this, the user will be redirected to the Help Articles which will be opened in a new tab. The Unified Solutions documentations are all listed here. 


Chat with Support - If the help articles did not answer the user's inquiries, they can initiate a live chat with one of the experts. 


Have an Issue? - This will allow the user to submit a screenshot, add comments, or even screen record the issues encountered. 


Any Suggestions? - This will allow the user to submit a feedback or a feature request. Screenshot, adding comments and screen recording functionality are also available.
