Because our software installs into the user's browser, there are times where clearing the browser's cache and site data are needed in order for the software to re-install with the most recent version. To do this, follow the steps below: 


Google Chrome 

1. Open Google Chrome then click on the browser menu in the upper right corner of the screen. 



2. On the menu options, select More tools and then Clear Browsing Data.



3. A window will appear. On the Basic tab, ensure that the Time Range is set to All time. Then click Clear data



4. Once done, close the Google Chrome browser. Open it again and then log in to Unified Solutions to automatically install the latest version of the software.
