Adding the the Peer QA role to a user is very simple.
1. Navigate to the user menu by clicking on Administration>Users
2. Find the user you would like to add the role to and click on the edit user button shown below.
3. At the bottom of the user menu you will see roles, click on "Peer QA" and a check box will appear.
4. Click Save
