Summary:
There are several field types present within CloudPCR and it is important to know each one and how to fill in the data.
Drop Downs - These are preset within PCR Form Config. Admins can add additional drop down options on particular fields.
Text box - These are standard text boxes that you can free type information.
Lookup Fields - Drop down fields with long lists of options to choose from. This can be searched through/ filtered by typing in the first three letters of the word.
Time Stamp field - Time stamp button allows you to input the current time into the field, you can also type into the field manually. You don't need to type in colons or seconds when free typing into this field.
Calculation Field - You can calculate the mileage by typing in the start and end mileage of your trip or by entering a incident address and a destination address and then selecting the "calculate load" button.
Google Search Address Fields - When typing into the address fields, address suggestions will appear based on your current location
