Because our software installs into your browser, there are times where clearing your browser's cache and site data is needed in order for the software to re-install with the most recent version.


Step-by-Step


1. Click on the google chrome menu which is three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.


2. Choose "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data..." As seen below.



3. Ensure "All-Time" is selected for timeframe, and that only the bottom two boxes are checked as seen below.


4. Click "Clear Data"



5. Close your browser completely and reopen it, then navigate to the login and you should be good to go!
