Overview:


Adding notes is a crucial part of filling out any PCR. This section of the report is used by users to add important information to the PCR. This can be a great way to add details to your PCR that you previously missed. It can also be used by billing and administrators when reviewing a PCR.


To add a note to your PCR your first step is to select the notes section on the left hand side navigation menu:



Once you have selected the Notes section, you will be taken to a new page where you can select "Add Note"



Adding a note will show you this pop up menu, where you can then add any notes you may have as well as add a tag for the PCR. Make sure you press Save when you are finished!
