Voice-to-text technology can be used on phones and tablets, this feature allows users to quickly fill out the narrative portion of their PCR by just speaking directly into their phone instead of typing it out.
To use the voice-to-text function:
On your phone or tablet, tapping on a blank space in the Narrative textbox should pull up your on-screen keyboard. Tap on the mic icon normally found that the bottom left of the screen and start dictating.
