This guide will help you deal with some of the common errors when using CloudPCR.
Can't log in
Typically when someone can't log in, it is because they are at the wrong Nemsis version of CloudPCR. Try again at cloudpcrv3.azurewebsites.net.
The account is locked out and can't access charts
If someone cleared the history and cache on the computer it would cause this error. You can contact us to unlock it for you.
Failed to checkout PCR, it is already checked out on another device or browser by...
The PCR needs to be checked in from the original device that the PCR was started on. An admin can also discard a check out in the QA/QI screen by clicking on actions and choosing discard checkout.
The program will not run in your browser
Download Google Chrome to the device and try in there. We are an html5 application, we do not support full functionality in all browsers.
