The QA PCRs section is filled with great features for users to use.  QA PCRs creates an easy way for admins to manually unlock PCRs for users, delete PCRs, export PCRs, and much more with ease.



Step-by-Step


1. Once you are on the home screen for CloudPCR, use the left side navigation menu and select QA/QI.


2. Clicking on the QA/QI tab will create a drop-down list of options that you can choose from. Select QA PCRs.


3. Once you are one the QA PCRs home page, you will be able to use the following tools:


  • Clicking Actions will give you a drop-down list of various things you can do to a PCR which includes: deleting, editing, exporting, and discarding checkouts.
  • You are able to change the Status of a PCR by going to the Status column and clicking on the PCR that you would like to modify.



  • Save QA filters allows you to edit the filters or group by columns. You can choose to save your preferred settings so that you don't have to change your filters every time you want to use this tool.
  • Batch Actions allows you to make multiple selections so that you can download or change the status of multiple PCRs at the same time.
  • Checking the Last 14 Days will only show you the most recent PCRs in the system. If you need to look at PCRs that were created from more than 14 days ago, uncheck this box.
  • Edit PCRs in a new tab will create a new tab for the PCR when you want to make edits.


  • The Column Chooser will allow you to choose how to group and filter columns.


  • The Export button will allow you to export the files to Excel only. If you want to export to Zoll, PDF, or Nemsis use the Actions button to export the files.
